Daniel Power, COO, CFO and Director

Mr. Power has been Director, CEO and COO of various private and public companies over the past 18-years. In 1990, he founded Simpson and Power Publishing Ltd. and International Courseware Distributors Inc., a 40-employee, Vancouver-based company that designed and marketed courseware for markets in Europe and Asia. For over 10-years, Mr. Power served as Director of Montello Resources Ltd., a Canadian oil and gas exploration company. He has also completed several debt and equity financings for his companies over the past 18-years.
