Sheik Walid Al Rawaf, Chairman of the Board And CEO

Sheikh Walid has more than 40 years experience in oil and gas exploration, development and production, 35 of them as a pioneering member of Petromin, a sister company to ARAMCO, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (“KSA”) state-owned petroleum company. Sheikh Walid represented Petromin at OPEC meetings and conferences, and served as a Board Member as well as Managing Director of the Mobil/Petromin refinery at Yanbu. He held several executive positions in different divisions at Petromin, including petroleum exploration and production, international trade and marketing, until his retirement in 1997. Sheik Walid has since served as Managing Director of Al-Zora as well as Vice-Chairman of ATAS Group, a family-owned trading company involved in petroleum and other enterprises. Headquartered in KSA, ATAS Group is headed by HH Prince Abdul Rahman Bin Turki Ahmed Al-Sudairi.
