Sheik Walid Al Rawaf, Chairman & CEO. Sheikh Walid has more than 40 years experience in oil and gas exploration, development and production, 35 of them as a pioneering member of Petromin, a sister company to ARAMCO, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (“KSA”) state-owned petroleum company. Sheikh Walid represented Petromin at OPEC meetings and conferences, and served as a board member as well as managing director of the Mobil/Petromin refinery at Yanbu. He held several executive positions in different divisions at Petromin, including petroleum exploration and production, international trade and marketing, until his retirement in 1997. Sheik Walid has since served as Managing Director of Al-Zora as well as Vice-Chairman of ATAS Group, a family-owned trading company involved in petroleum and other enterprises. Headquartered in KSA, ATAS Group is headed by HH Prince Abdul Rahman Bin Turki Ahmed Al-Sudairi.

Chris Parent, President and Director. Mr. Parent has extensive experience in the Middle East and Africa and has a background in finance and banking, holding an FICB (Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers). Mr. Parent has over 12 years banking experience in various branch manager positions as well as head office positions in Securities and Inspection.

Daniel Power, COO and Director. Mr. Power has been Director, CEO and COO of various private and public companies over the past 15 years. In 1990, he founded Simpson and Power Publishing Ltd. and International Courseware Distributors Inc., a 40-employee, Vancouver-based company that designed and marketed courseware for markets in Russia, Poland, UK, China, The Philippines and Hong Kong. Mr. Power recently resigned his position as a Director of Montello Resources Ltd., a Canadian oil and gas exploration company, where he served for more than ten years. In 2000, he moved to the UK where he has been a business consultant and has raised debt/equity financing for various businesses, including £32 million for a UK healthcare firm.

David Hodge, Director. Mr. Hodge is the former President of the company. Under his direction the company has issued 7 dividends and has helped to create this new and exciting opportunity, Petrol One. Together with his management team, he will continue with Petrol One and manage the regulator filings and shareholder communications.
